Yes words are sometimes hard to express. I work in customer service it's hard to hold face when you get a jetk in.

I've been doing "customer service" since 1995 on and off, OK it's all been Charity shops but it's still serving customers is it not? I've been offered call centre work but there's 2 major problems with that, due to personal circumstances I can't work 35 hours a week, second, under "reasonable adjustments" which are a legal requirement under the Equality Act, they'd have to provide special hearing aid compatible headsets and all that bobbins, which some companies would probably say is "unreasonable" because I know from experience that specialised equipment from the likes of the RNID is 3 or 4 times the cost of for want of a better word, normal stuff.
