Sorting out the total fail that is getting an URGENT Boiler repair at the Flat! I rang up first thing this morning and said I'd be in till about 5 minutes ago, I rang back at lunch time to chase it up, they're now not coming till tomorrow so I've had to come back to Mum and Dad's and the support worker's gone 'ome half way through the shift because the Flat's like an Igloo, and there's no hot water.

I wouldn't mind but I predicted this would happen when I rang up first thing! Plus it's not that long since they originally repaired the Boiler a fortnight last Friday ago.

If I could, I'd move out in protest but on the kind of rent I can afford, I'm not living in a Council Flat in Parson Cross, or even worse, the Manor.
