How are you right this second?

A bit stiff and sore. TKD on Friday, and HEMA on Monday.
To those just starting on the journey of life I say...
Bang your own drum. Walk your own path. Live wildly. Love fiercely.
As you near the end, look back with no regrets.

Yeah I'm training tomorrow night.

Weary. I hate shopping in the rain.

Stressing a little, up at 05.45 to head to Birmingham.
Got to be first in line for the 'Con!! :Just Kidding:
Got work in the morning, setting a fellow spark up on a CCTV job at a hotel, got through the runs, positions, angles etc
House is an absolute bomb site as I'm decorating the bedroom, and I've my usual procrastinate head on....
Once you’ve met someone, you never really forget them. it just takes a while for your memories to return

Just got back from TKD, a little tired but I'm not stiff or anything, I thought I would be after the first session back last Wednesday but I wasn't.

Did a lot of squats on Friday, and my old knees are taking a while to recover.
