Yesterday I was feeling depressed after a phone call with an estate agent. I will explain more in my journal.

Let me see.

My head aches.
My arm aches.
All my joints ache.
My skin is so sensitive I can feel the individual fibres of my clothes.
I was cold, now I'm hot.
