i'm really quite sad at the moment, struggling with the depression part of my mental health :c all that's going through my head is how all i do is irritate people unintentionally, but idk... i'm just unhappy right now and my usual lack of sleep is making it a lot worse ;__;

Pain free at last. I had the idea to use my compression wrap on my leg as a desperate attempt to stop the pain from my leg wound and it only went and worked. I wish I’d thought to do it sooner
