Yes, but be careful those rays can burn the skin if your not sunblocked.

The rays don't really burn me at all. I'm quite lucky that most of the time I come out very nicely tanned.

So apparently I'm not tired at all tonight. I've tried closing my eyes and nada. Sleep is not going to happen tonight maybe later during the day after I've done what I actually have to do but for now I'm awake and extremely bored.
Grays, Essex's night life is so incredibly boring, if I had to go out and do something after 11pm or 12am it's pointless everything is either closed or nothing exciting happens.

Well I'm a training lead so sometimes I stay for multiple reason and I'm up for a management position so I'm bound to answer questions.
