Despite everything going on (or not going on, it gets hard to tell sometimes unfortunately) I'm actually doing ok. Not great, but I've been way worse. So... I think I'll actually be ok.

finally on the mend, my back spasms have stopped and the pain is almost gone. Was able to get in my car and drive to do my own shopping today instead of having to rely on my brother to come do it for me
