Very busy, sick people all around me. Some threats from the power that be that they'll lump their other problem case in here with me so we can keep an eye on each other. Whee.

Sounds like there's no shortage of stress. :=/: Sorry, Ex. Do you have any days off this month? Like I mean vacation days for holidays?

We had an extended Christmas break, but circumstances beyond my control made sure I couldn't take much advantage of it. Next week is the startup of our next cycle, which means this week is all the final prep steps - and yes, some of that will continue next week as well. Whee.

Hope you had a good break.

I'm really sorry if I'm not remembering accurately, but did you say your job was the coordinator for fireworks displays? I'm sorry if I've got that wrong, sometimes even when I try to remember it seems like it's a total flip of the coin if it really registers.

I've had a good break. I may kind of go off ranting and raving to vent in my ALJ or on Facebook but at the end of the day it really is ok. :^_^: Thanks for asking. :)

Have you watched the movie called "Jexi"? lol My face hurts from laughing so much and it's basically just started.

I'm licensed to handle fireworks, but that's more of a hobby. Mostly it's sorting, loading, and firing them. The head shooter coordinates everything.

Oh ok. Sorry, I didn't think I was so off. Sounds like a good job though. I think I'd actually like to find some work doing something along those lines, or at least something to do with fireworks. I love how that shockwave goes through my body at the shows. Or used to. There's a fire ban in our state since there's a drought going on. But even so, if I could, I'd love to work in that field on some level.

I suggest looking around for any pyrotechnics guilds or outfits that put on professional shows to see if they're hiring. There's general a PGI Display Operator day course that's done every spring and fall. The work is mostly seasonal, most shows are going to be around July 4th in the US.

Cute prank for a teleporter.

I might have to wait until we move. Where we are it's not practical for me to have a job. But even when that happens I'll have to work under a certain budget so that I don't violate any of the rules of SSI that we're planning on getting me because of my schizophrenia. And we also need to see if I have autism, which several people feel very strongly towards. I keep hearing that it would explain everything about my life, so it'd be great to know why I always felt different my whole life, despite trying my absolute hardest to be normal.

Thanks for the offer though, I really do appreciate the help. When I can I'll try to see if I can work something in that field, because it honestly sounds like one of the most interesting jobs I've heard of thus far. :^_^:

How have you been btw?
