fed up, it’s been nearly three weeks since I hurt my back and the pain isn’t fading or anything. It’s got to the point now that I’m sleeping sat up on my couch now because if I get in bed it makes things worse. I just want it all to stop.

I know it is a stupid but does a warm bath help? That tends to help relax my muscles when I have back pain
