pain is starting to subside, it’s only taken 5 days. Would have been sooner if I was allowed to take anti inflammatorys or muscle relaxers but I can’t because it reacts with warfarin badly. Later I’m gonna try to sit on my couch rather than laying on my bed for a change of scenery

rejuvenated! i managed to sleep for 4 hours which has made a world of difference to my state-of-mind, i feel so much better when compared to when i only sleep for like 1 hour, so naturally i feel goooood :3

very tired D: running on 30 minutes of sleep, functioning normally is a challenge when i'm this exhausted! i've had to adjust how i live to work around the insomnia but it never gets any easier... ;o;
