I started a new job a month or so ago, and it's a nice job. I'm just not used to the shifts where I start at 7am and finish at 22.00

i know that feeling. I used to start at 11:30am and finish at 6pm but then I started working for a warehouse company
and that had an even earlier start of 7:30am till 6pm. In the pub I have double shifts and night shifts which messed up
my sleeping routine. Then I started working for the warehouse and I knew I had to get my body used to waking up
at early hours so I started going to bed early and setting my alarm clock for early hours getting my body used to the
routine of waking up at 5am.
Pain in the butt but worth it in the end.
