My first and only gundam was seed. :P

Anyway. I actually managed to watch some anime! Omg I know! :O
The last episode I watched was episode 13 of Demon Slayer.
It'll probably take me a year to finish the rest of the first season. XD

Please someone tell me that the blonde kid becomes less annoying. Please? ^^;
Also the one with the boar mask, does he become less of an ass in the future? XD;

SEED? I forgive you for this trespass on my house.
I never watched SEED but she's missing out on so much.

I mean gundams tend to have good character development on top of well constructed characters already on top of amazing plots.

Yeah, Victory is reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal bad... I never made it through it either. I need to sit down and watch Unicorn properly at some point though. I did hear an interesting take that it's more generic shounen than other Gundam series because it's mostly just Banagher going super mode.

If I have time maybe I'll watch another gundam series. Of the ones you've seen which were your favourites and which would you recommend that I watch? @Momogari and @Lolin >3>

@Naoki There are 3 old skool Gundam movies currently on Netflix and 2 maybe 3 series.

Honestly, if you have Netflix, the there 0079 Gundam movies are a great replacement for watching the original series

Start there, maybe?

Are those remakes? I never continued the original because it was too dated for me.

Hmmm what Gundams have I seen. I know there's lots I haven't.

Gundam 08th MS Team - I think you'd really like this. It's only 12 episodes and its a romance, but...where to stream this. I don't even know.
Gundam 00 - I actually think you'd really like 00. I seem to remember it having really good character development. It's 50 episodes though.
Hathaway's Flash - super westernized but unique in that it's all adult characters. first of a movie trilogy, the rest of which isn't out yet. It's on Netflix
Those three are my top recommendations for Naoki. The rest in order:
Gundam Unicorn - I don't remember anything about it but I liked it and it's only 7 episodes and I'm pretty sure it's on netflix
Turn A Gundam - weirder one that I remember being really good.
Gundam Reconguista in G - I don't remember anything about it but I think I thought it was good
Iron-Blooded Orphans - It's a gritty story. I'm not sure it has as much character development as you'd like, but it is really good
Gundam AGE - I don't know. I think I liked it at the time but I kinda feel like not as much as the others. It kinda felt like it dragged on too. I thought it had sequels up to 100 episodes but this says its 49 so...yeah, maybe that validates my feelings about its length.
SEED - I already know your opinion on this but I liked it

Lolin where are you watching 00?
And besides 0079 movies apparently what am I really missing that's good and at least as young as I am (1988) lol

00's on Hulu in sub and dub. 08th MS team is on Hulu too. I'd say shoot for 08th MS Team if you have Hulu. The 0079 movies are great at condensing it from what I hear, but it's still the sluggishness of the original series.

So far I've seen:

Gundam Wing
Gundam Seed
Gundam Seed Destiny
Gundam Unicorn
Gundam Iron Blood Orphans

I feel like I haven't even broken the ice with Gundam franchise. There are so many stories. I'm happy that Netflix have gotten a hold of the 4 original movies. More to add to the watch list.

Ew hulu

I forget about them for good reason

Though I think they exclusively have sailor moon so I guess I can't say that in front of Naoki
