Im alright, just a bit tired today. kind of having a lazy day. took a nap with the little one. I should do a quick clean up but im not gunna lol Im currently making Chinese foooooood.

@purple dragon yeaaaah now I gotta clean my house before I put the maintenance request in so that I dont get bitched at for having stuff in the utility closet

Also they have to ask all the COVID questions and I gotta get the little one out of the house while the guy is here because we are supposed to stay 6 feet away from everyone and he is not good at that lol

I just wanted to take a hot shower damn it! all the water in the apartment is ice cold, which would be ok if it was summer but its not.

Well, I called the maintenance guy. He will be here in like an hour or so because someone else has a leak going on in their apartment. Mine isnt that bad lol He kept apologizing. I was like dude its fine. We arent planning on needing hot water for anything major right this second. Chill.

Now im debating on getting some starbucks. I wanted to go to the mall, get some walking in and get everyone out of the house but as usual my huband doesnt want to go anywhere.... which is annoying but oh well.

When he first called me to let me know he got the work order he said he was working on someones apartment that had a leak. Im going to assume that the leak was more of a flood lol Which I totally understand because most people walk on a sopping wet carpet and go "Oh theres a leak" instead of thinking about how if there wasnt carpet there it would be more like standing water. There are also a lot of people who assume their basic standard maintenance issues like a burned out refrigerator light bulb are emergencies.

I just took a super hot bath with a black bath bomb and it was

AMAZING

and it had a little plastic space ship in it!

Space ships are fun. ^_^ Yeah though, some things like that seem more subjectively to be emergencies. lol Comparatively speaking to how bad things can be in a real one.

Starbucks can be a lifesaver. ^_^ Also an interesting name for a business that I've always wondered what the reasons were for choosing.
