That was just after everything went back up and it happened after I posted. The post did appear though after i did a refresh.

Yeah I haven't run into any errors. If I see abytujg or hear anything I'll let you know though.

I’ll be working on the server again tomorrow after I wake up, could be late morning (10am onwards) but more likely to be after 1pm. I will continue until the sites are back or it gets to around 6pm (peak time). Times are GMT/UK time.

Update:

The ticket websites are back. The mobile app data should also be working again.

Note that emails from both the forum and from the event ticket websites are currently not working. This is because all the settings to authenticate emails (i.e check/confirm that we sent them and not a spamming bot) are still set to the old server. The email providers such a gmail, hotmail, outlook etc automatically delete emails like what we're currently sending because they think they're spam. The new server means the settings are broken and emails can't authenticate. It's not an easy fix

I'll be fixing emails and the last few bits over the next few days.

As before; please let me know if you encounter any bugs anywhere. Thanks

RIP. Confirmation from OVH that our server was in one of the rooms that burnt down -

Our server was in room 61B. Of all threats to AL including hacking etc, we never thought it'd be a LITERAL FIRE that would take it down.
