IN A 3 QT SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT, WITH ABOUT A QUART OF MOLTEN SHORTENING IN IT.

IVE NEVER FRIED CHICKEN BEFORE. SO THATS WHY I WAS ASKING.

I CANNOT HAVE TRADITIONALLY BREADED COATINGS.

BUT CRISCO WORKS WELL FRO ANY FRIED ITEM.
