Crush wounds are worse for the pt 100% there is almost nothing you can do for a crush wound and as a healthcare professional that is undoubtedly disheartening. But degloving gives me the herbie jeebies.
I have seen a degloved foot from a motorcycle accident actually, only a photo, but no thank you once was enough.
