Haha I love Thorkell. He has a great voice actor, too. His mix of highs and lows feel really true to the character. And his laughs are on point.

Ah, this is the episode of Askeladd and Thorfinn's talk on the hillside.

I found that interesting when I first read it because it was an interesting step into the mind of people of this age. At least, it's both plausible and surprising in how different the culture and outlook and worldview is. This author is good at this.

I don't have a favourite character, I did like Thors & Ylva though.
I'm not into this anime as much as I had hoped sadly, the last few episodes haven't been all that gripping for me.
But I will keep watching it.

Oh the prince is a very interesting character in the manga. Perhaps the most interesting.

Actually that's not true. Askeladd is the most interesting character. The prince just goes through radical changes and is...questionable sometimes.
