here's a snippet from my dream journal last night

something about citizen having died

i was making a post on a forum and being lighthearted about it and saying something like i was roleplaying with "old people talk" which is very in-keeping with citizen type vibe, and i was like, "Well, it looks like you're going to have to find a new second for your [pinochle] game on Sunday in the PM," or something like that

then someone who seemed like it was citizen himself posting on the forum, "i don't know what to say"
then i thought about it and felt like maybe i wasn't taking this seriously enough

shortly after upon waking i was thinking of some kind of more-dystopian near-future where people find out others they know have died from random advertisements before they get the official news, like their tailored ads on their phones and shit start coming up with things like coffins and funeral sale prices and ads

adding beyer would probably cause kidney damage, i think that one's a kidney metabolized one too

tylenol isn't as strong as ibuprofen/naproxen, so it's never my first choice

Acetaminophen, aspirin, naproxen and ibuprofen are all metabolized in the liver but they can all cause either liver or kidney failure. Acetaminophen is the hardest on the liver but I think the three NSAIDs are actually worse on the kidneys (and stomach). Acetaminophen is actually the stongest general pain reliever of the four being the only actual analgesic but yeah for arthritis type pain it doesn't do shit so it makes sense that for your specific purposes it'd be the weakest.

and yes it's arthritis type pain which means the naproxen and ibuprofen work better because they also help control for inflammation which acetaminophen does not

and yes they're absolutely worse on the stomach/intestines and will make you poo blood if you take too much

acetaminophen overdose happens more often than any other generic painkiller i believe though because it's so easy to kill your liver with
