If NIS survives, eventually.

Cheaper than a Disgaea 6 and apparently they're dead in the water now.

ilu disgaea never die

Also I thought D5 sold well enough what killed their momentum?

Did they make too much dumb special edition crap no one bought?

I have no idea, it's just NIS, NISA is probably fine because they license everything.

Something about the mobile game not paying out enough, I think. I would have bought everything if they'd just brought it overseas ;-;

On the other hand, if Japs didn't even want to pour money into it, it must be really, really bad.

It's a gacha game and it's Disgaea. That's two strikes in to the "i am very niche" pile.

Yes, only reason NISA is still alive. I just hope they don't mess up D4C+. Their latest translations and ports have been shoddier and buggy. : /

plz get ur act 2gether

I dunno. Is being gacha that big of a strike there?

And a series like Fate is arguably more niche than Disgaea yet Grand Order prints money in Japan.

Fire Emblem Heroes does too as an srpg-lite gacha but IntSys has Nintendo fanbase backing so probably not a fair comparison.

Fate is actually pretty popular, I believe. Catapulted Type-Moon into successdom.
