I am a total sucker for cheese of almost any kind and will pay good money for heated, melted, or cooked cheese in a variety of formats. As such, I have no recommendations because all queso, even the terrible kind, tastes good to me. But I hear if you make your own it's heavenly.

I mean I'm not Mexican so my queso is good but it's not cream your pants fantastic. It's better than store bought tho. Pretty simple to make too!
