Yes, layers are very important, especially with digital art... The more layers the better!... But you also need to know when it's too much, like with most art... XD

i'm not really happy with how it turned out, but i spent so much time on it i am now obligated to show it off

it is a completely useless pokemon because it loses a turn every other turn (from slacking off), but it evolves into a real powerhouse (that has the same ability)

so i decided to redraw an old one...

getting more used to digital coloring, it's pretty fun
Noodle bought me a book on coloring with colored pencils, so i'mma try some when that book gets here
and yes the arms are in the wrong place, at least the left arm
