The Netflix Thread

Post by Dalawless » 10 Apr 2018, 20:26

Netflix…

The old thread is long dead but they (Netflix) have so many new shows on their these days..

I have recently watched:

Money Heist (Part 1)
Children of the Whale
B the Beginning
Re:Mind
Altered Carbon
The End of the F***ing World

That’s just a few from the top of my head.

I’m not sure what I will watch next I know Lost in Space is out soon (This week) so that will be getting the binge treatment.

What have you been watching?

Do you have any recommendations?

I really enjoyed One Day at a Time. I started is as something light just to have on in the background whilst doing other stuff, but it really gripped me and has some very difficult themes that I think it covers so poignantly and well done.

I recently dropped Netflix for Sling actually. But I was really enjoying Riverdale.

Makes sense. Riverdale is based on Archie Comics which also put out Sabrina The Teenage Witch.

Sling is a live tv service. It's got cable channels. I use the basic orange plan with the kids add on pack so I can get Boomerang and various Nickelodeon channels. I pay 25 USD for about 40 channels.

Have a ton of shows on the netflix list but mainly watch Ru Paul's Drag race and Rick and Morty on it.

I'm currently waiting for Matt Groening's third animated series to be released on netflix, very excited as he was one of my first inspirations for drawing. :D
