So I've ordered a couple of costumes from them, one of which arrived circa the end of last week (apparently), and there's another one due to be dispatched (a Gatchaman "Mark" costume) either this or next week, hopefully to come before 17.12.25.

So far the customer service has been pretty good, despite being International sellers which are often a bit dodgy because UK distance selling laws don't apply for obvious reasons...

Has anyone used them in the past?

Well if you get there, I hope you have fun. IT's been a few years since i've been to a con, just happened to be sick, but I'll be going back with my friends again hopefully. Not sure what I wanna be next year when it comes around. So many I like which one to be is the question.

The Gatchaman cosplay arrived at the Office last Friday lunchtime apparently.

I'll collect it when we go back on Tuesday.

And get some photos of me wearing it.

Well I've bought and received the Gatchaman cosplay 3 times and had to send it back due to not fitting me! Fortunately I ordered and paid for a custom made one the week before last that will definitely fit me, to come between the 22nd and 31st of this month! Hopefully before I need it for the AL event at Aintree on the 31st.

Well it was allegedly delivered/signed for on the 9th, I spoke to Evri last week, and they admitted they messed up and did NOT deliver... I'm hoping it comes by Friday but I doubt it, they said the dispute won't be resolved till at least Wednesday, 5 working days as of last Wednesday.

Are these people REALLY this incompetent or do they just enjoy pissing me off?!

People make mistakes. We ordered something from Amazon and set up business hours so not deliver during certain times. Most of the time there good but this last time it was after business hours and it was snowing.. we were lucky it wasn't damaged by the weather.

Well it's Friday today and as far as I know, no deliveries have been made, including a book that was allegedly delivered by Royal Mail yesterday morning but we can't find it anywhere? I have an alternate costume to wear tomorrow but that's beside the point innit? Given the Anime theme I wanted to wear Gatchaman.
