have you done much of this before? because it's looking pretty good! kinda comes off as a goofy cartoon batman but the proportions are spot on, save maybe the giant hands

still, keep at it!

Did a Pelican armature last year, based on the costume I wore at last year's Sheffield AL do.

Give me a few minutes and I'll upload the pic of that.

oh that's good too!

lil bit of glue maybe on the beak, but the rest of it is great for an anthropomorphized criter

Assuming I'm not still too ill (I'm currently suffering with a cold), we'll be doing some animating with the puppet this week, he'll be swooping down, cape flapping, to save Dot from Animaniacs being robbed by the evil Dr Katz from Courage the Cowardly Dog.
