I'm after creating a white cape like
 

With a red lining as it'd be cheaper than buying a proper BOTP cosplay.

I've bought the white and red fabric from Hobbycraft this week.

 

Any half decent tailoring/garment repair shop should be able to get that done for you. I don't know about cost though.

Hmm, might be worth asking that shop on Crookes (next door to the Ball pub)
