Above.

Here goes.
 Star Trek Space Hawk

Space, the final frontier, these are the continuing travels of the Starship Space Hawk, its ongoing mission, to go to all those far off places in Space that previous Starship Captains haven’t been to yet.

Captain’s log: Star date 53915.2

I’m currently on a conference call in my ready room with Admiral Shillabeer, he says there’s an important mission coming up near the Klingon home world, and because I’ve known the Admiral for years, I’ve agreed for the crew and I to do it.

“Captain Allen to Bridge, set course for Qu’Nos” I said, “Aye sir” replied Lt Marsh, “Warp 7” I said, “Engage”.

Half an hour later we arrived, Lt Marsh contacted the surface, Chancellor Martok of the high Council answered and said there’d been some kind of “incident” on the home world that required Starfleet’s assistance.

So myself, Cmdr Morgan, and Lt Marsh beamed down to the surface, and were greeted by 2 Klingon guards, fortunately I speak a little Klingon so we were able to get by the guards and meet with Chancellor Martok.

We were offered a glass of Blood wine but politely declined, even though it’s not usually a good idea to refuse when a Klingon offers a drink, we were there on Starfleet business, it wasn’t a social call even though I do consider the Klingons friends in general.

The Chancellor explained that they were having battles with Romulan forces and their losses were heavy, and they required our assistance in battle, it would bring us glory and honour to fight at the side of the empire!

In the end we all beamed back to the ship, armed weapons, raised shields and went into the battlefield.

“We’re taking heavy damage sir!” announced Lt Cmdr Smith, “target the engines of the lead Warbird, maximum phasers!” I ordered. “No effect” said the Cmdr, “Fair enough, target at your discretion” I said, “That should finish ‘em off!”

After a brief but difficult battle, most of the enemy ships were either disabled or destroyed, the few left made a hasty retreat back to Romulan Space.

“You fought well” said the Chancellor, “Kahless himself would’ve been honoured”, “Yes Chancellor” I replied “With minimal injuries”

After all that, I fancied a coffee so I went to my quarters, turned to the replicator and said “computer, cappuccino, lukewarm, unsweetened” and one appeared.

Then the door warbled and Cmdr Morgan appeared, I said “I’ve just got a coffee, do you want one?”, “No thanks sir” she said, “I’m just on my way to the Holodeck for a game of Racket Ball, fancy it sir?”, “Yeah go on then” I said, “You know I’ll thrash you though”, “Oh yeah?” she said, “I accept your challenge sir”.

It was a close game, although I eventually won on points, “same time next week?” asked the Cmdr, “You’re on” I said.

Next moment, the comm chimed, “Bridge to Captain, a message just came in from Mr Shillabeer, he says can you contact him ASAP?”, “On my way” I said.

“What’s the next mission sir?” I asked him, “Oh don’t worry” he replied, “I just wanted to relay thanks from the Klingons for the mission today, Qapla!”, “Thank you sir” I said, “Are you doing another TKD lesson this week?” I asked, he said there’s a lesson in Holodeck 2 tomorrow night, “I’ll be there sir, I know there’s a competition coming up next month” I said.

A few hours later, a science team contacted us from Earth, they were on their way to an important conference at camp Khitomer, near the Klingon border, and wanted an escort, we agreed, nice peaceful mission to kill a few hours.

They beamed up, and we rendezvoused with a Bird of Prey near Khitomer, without incident, and the science team beamed over there to attend the conference.

We waited a few hours for them, and then took them back to Earth.

We then received a hail from Captain B’larg of the Bird of Prey, K’Tanga, he required assistance with further skirmishes near the Romulan/Klingon border.

So we set off there, Warp 7.

Arrived with weapons charged, shields up, straight into battle.

No nasty injuries thankfully.

All in all, an eventful day.

Any good?

All my own, original work.

You might want to twiddle with the formatting (is that the right expression?)

It was a copy and paste from Libre Office writer Mr Pedantic Pants :D

Just makes it confusing to read, trying to pick the dialogue out of the formatting commands. I've learnt from experience not to copy/paste from other applications into this forum.
