character reference sheets?

How does everyone make them?
Is there a program or do you just draw them online?

Are you talking about RPG Character sheets, like D&D for instance? I think these are available online.

If you are talking about Character Walk-arounds used for reference in animation or gaming, these are drawn up by the principal artist. My son has just done one for the game he is working on.

I get the impression that they are all hand drawn. There are loads on Deviant Art.
