Do you find it easy to pick who you are going to cosplay? Are there certain things that you consider that limit your cosplay choice (e.g. I always go homemade/anything I can find because I tend to work on a low budget so my cosplays tend to not look like full costumes XD)

I'll be honest sometimes I just want to dress sexy and cosplay is an excuse to do it But I do feel you have more fun doing it at a convention rather than just walking around like a normie

I think when I went to Leeds con, the number of times I have looked at a cosplay and went "god, I wish I can do that" was just not even funny! Huge respect to those that can but a decent costume together, because I sure cant lol

I generally buy my outfits because I don't have the time to make them, I wish I did though lol

Also when picking characters I tend to go for personality, but will also go for outfits I think look cool

My inspiration comes from just picking a good couples character to match my gf's cosplay. The real inspiration I find comes from getting her costume as meticulously accurate as possible. I've dropped a lot just on cosplay shoes for her, alone, lol.

Awww that's adorable! @Ferefire and I said we were gonna do a Rick & Morty cosplay years ago, but haven't done it yet. Maybe this year?

Oh trust me, I have less than wholesome reasons for liking her to have accurate cosplays

I wanna try and cosplay Iori from The King of Fighters. But I'll need a lot of money if I wanna get the right jacket

That is actually really cool! I dont think ive ever seen a lot of cosplay couples tbh (may see more as I go to more cons) but that is so cool, and cute!

Thank you! Yeah, we either shoot for canon couples, or character pairs (I.E. Tanjiro & Nezuko)
