I just bought a colouring book because apparently it is meant to be quite relaxing

Does anyone else have any?

Yes, I havet used mine yet. I really want the mythical creature one, so many different creatures from dragons, unicorns and mermaids. So many different colors I could do.

Yeah! I have a mindfulness coloring book which I don't use a lot. More or less on a case by case basis if I do feel like I'm sick of using the Internet lol it is very relaxing, and addictive! I can easily spend at least an hour doing coloring

coloring is actually a decent creative outlet

like there's research done and everything on adult coloring books

that's the best part about coloring books, there's a TON to choose from because they're making them for (mostly) kids and (some) adults

Been pretty good. Working a lot which sucks but it pays the bills lol been working on myself hence part of the reason I left for so long
