A hexagonal room with very large roundels.

And after working out those handrails, I'm going to wind up redoing this. heh.

I borrowed a bit from the original secondary console room and some bits from this one - https://tardis.fandom.com/wiki/TARDIS_c ... l_room.jpg

I made a copy of my room with the double roundels and reworked it so there were a single row of roundels going around the perimeter, then added sideboards that can be walked on or sat on, with storage.

The slanded back pad has a drop bin behind it. Great for putting stuff into.

Thanks. I'm thinking of redoing the headboard to give it a bit more structural strength to better support the overhead bins and a flush surface for a curtain. Tons of storage and seating space.

Storage is always a good thing, nice hiding spots for things as well.

looks better than a bunch of chests strapped together to make a platform and a mattress strapped down on top.

So here's my improved bunk with a modified headboard.

Image

On the left is the headboard with the bunk, very basic.

In the middle is the full unit - headboard, storage bunk, wardrobe at the foot, and overhead cubbies. You may notice a small rail under the cubbies - that's the curtain track.

USB power outlets are above each shelf and inside the deep well behind the head rest is additional power outlets.

Overhead light and shelf lilghting is controlled by three silver pushbuttons located on the left-side post for the headboard.

A folding apothecary chest I came up with.

EDIT

Do you think it would look better if I made the recesses for the drawer pulls octagons?
