it took longer than i expected, but i learned even more about how to use layers

made layers for different colors, the outline/inking, the shading, the background

Yes, layers are very important, especially with digital art... The more layers the better!... But you also need to know when it's too much, like with most art... XD

gen iii, ruby/sapphire/emerald

it is a completely useless pokemon because it loses a turn every other turn (from slacking off), but it evolves into a real powerhouse (that has the same ability)

getting more used to digital coloring, it's pretty fun

Noodle bought me a book on coloring with colored pencils, so i'mma try some when that book gets here

and yes the arms are in the wrong place, at least the left arm
