Shoujo City - anime dating sim (Android & iOS)

Shoujo City is a dating simulator game for Android, developed by me. In the game you have ten days to try and win love of a girl by giving her gifts, playing games, or going to regular dates. Gameplay consists of two main parts: free roaming around the city and dating stage where you'll talk to a girl visual novel-style.

Would be thankful for any comments/suggestions, both on gameplay and art style.

A few recent additions (versions 1.6.11 - 1.6.13):
* A new location (gym) and a new dating spot;
* Improved idle character animation during dating scenes;
* More squirrel interactions: now they will fall from heads on "angry" reaction. Also you can trigger a new dialogue from a girl by touching her squirrel;
* A new cosplay item - bunny ears;
* After completing the game (with any score) you'll get a prize - cat ears, fox ears, or bunny ears. These items now will stay in your inventory on restart and can be used in next game. Cat ears and fox ears can be also won in the crane machine;
* Both girls now appear only in separate areas, marked on the map, which makes finding them easier;
* All the intimacy score changes are explicitly shown with pop-up messages.

What engine did you use, or do you roll your own?

It might be on Ren'Py, I think I remember hearing that it was available as an Android platform. Can't be too sure. (Just checked and yes, it does.) It's relatively easy to use and get used to, but isn't as hand-holdy as some of the other stuff that's out there. The only thing throwing me off is the world traversal and actual movement. I've not seen a Ren'Py game do that. However, the dialogue windows do look like some of the ones I've seen in Ren'Py games.

Game looks cool. I adore the latest screencap you gave us, her head is off to the side in the freezeframe and just makes me think this little anime girl is gonna do some Quagmire type stuff (that dude who does the giggity-giggity-goo thing from American Dad or something like that).

Wow. I like how the girls are animated during the visual novel bits as well as the exploration element thrown in.
Already this is turning out better than Hunie Pop!

Yes. Not sure how soon that will happen, though. Right now I don't even have a Mac, which is required for iOS development.

That sucks. I thought you could use something like Xamarin (or however it's spelt), but then I suppose you then have to use it for everything.
