Only for a valid reason and the only one that matters is if you don't enjoy it. If it's not fun then take a break.

HOWEVER, if you feel like quitting cus you're comparing yourself to others or if you don't feel good enough you definitely should NOT quit! Everyone crates amazing art and all they gotta do is focus on their goals, not where they are now.


My two cents, hope you're ok tho cus your art is fantastic and it'd be a shame to see you quit~

I mean i'm always gonna do art but idk I guess I just feel like I should quit selling because i'm not growing as fast as I would like to, but I know that's mostly because my heart is more towards singing atm.. mehhhhhhhhh

Stopping to pursue your dreams is perfectly fine, art takes a lot of time and I'm finding it hard to work on other stuff as it is. It's always a hobby you can fall back on.

Making art more of than just a hobby is really tough though but don't give up if it's what you want to do!

It is usual to lose focus on something when you are focused on another.Even if it is hard maybe it is possible to give both your art and your singing equal attention? You are young and have potential to rock both even if one ends up the hobby while the other is the career.Don't give up on your passions.I see that you are passionate about both.I gave up on my passions long ago and I regret it.I really don't want you to end up the same.

Yeah I guess i'm just struggling to fins a happy medium with them both. If I spend too long on idol stuff I feel bad about my artwork, but at the same time if I focus too much on my artwork I feel like i'm just working too much and have no time to relax? Lol
