Prologue
Sean was sitting in his room staring at the computer screen when he decided to take a break "What the hell am I doing?" I said to myself. "I'm just living on scraps. Trying to dodge the law. What I got, I had to steal." I sighed as I kept thinking about my mom.
"Things were really getting out of hand with my mother. She was daft to be sure. But what do you expect of a woman who wasn't ready to be a mother. Having three kids and no one to help you raise them." He sighed again. Then his gaze turned to a picture of him and his siblings.
"Jessica, Tom..." He started to think about them and how they used to help him keep out of trouble. "I remember one time where Jessie would give me her desert because mom punished me for some reason or another. Even though she could have been whipped herself. Or when Tom would defend me fro mom's wrath. Taking the punishment for me when necessary."
He takes the picture in hand and smiled. "Where ever you guys are. Hopefully one day we'll reunite. And thanks for all you've done over our worse than normal childhood." he smiles and places the picture back on the night stand.
Suddenly, a knock at the door woke Sean from his stupor. "Who is it?" He barked. "It's me, Robin. Can I come in?" She asked through the door. "Sure Robin. Come on in. The door is open." He replied.
Robin walked in and looked around. She noticed that the room was small. But she remembered that it's how Sean liked it. It was strewn with electronic components and other pieces of computer tech that Sean uses to build some of the Merry Men's equipment and weapons. Including Robin's Quarter Staff and Little John's Bo Staff among other things.
"What can I help you with Robin." Sean asked with a smile. "We have a mission for you Sean. One of the upmost importance." Said Robin. "Well, let's here it then." I said with a sly smile. "Well, the Sheriff is going to move a set of data chips from his fortress in the city center to Nottingham Castle to the south." She said with a smile. "Okay, that sounds good, but why get me involved?" I aske wondering the reasons why. "Well, there chips are being transported in a high security train. Some of the most sophisticated security in Sherwood." She said.
"Well that changes everything." I said with concern. "How's the security on the train." I continued. "Very high tech and ready to Swiss Cheese anyone who get's near." She said.
"Okay, that's a good reason why you came to me." I said looking at my computer. I smiled and looked back at Robin. "Where do I begin?"
