Lol. Nice. My niece loves Blaze, and awesome about naming your cat that. I think I’d do the same if I had a cat. She is one of the most underrated characters I think along with Rouge. Gutted that they didn’t include Blaze in Sonic Heroes

Thank you all. Yes they were very time consuming, especially painting the little squares for the background.

To be honest, I'm too scared to wear them, just in case they get damaged.

Well, to be fair, the images of the characters are all printed out on printer paper, I did cheat on them, because I don't think I could draw them that good. But I cut them out, and glued them onto a blank white canvas shoe, with Modpodge. Once dry, I drew out the background. Then I painted them, with just ordinary acrylic paint. Once finished, just sprayed them with clear acrylic varnish.

This is something I could see myself getting into. Maybe I'll make my friend some Steven universe ones

Yes you all should, it's a fun thing to do. But I think it depends on how complicated you wanted to make it. I mean a simple way will be just to print off a picture and paint the background. I made my friend some Supernatural ones for Xmas. This is what they came out like:
