Yes gen 6. Personally, I think that was a filler, just to fill the gap before the release of ORAS.

Yes ORAS was brilliant. (Biased much lol) But yes Drake was brutal, his Salamance was a beast, then to be followed by Metagross...lethal man. I think they made it a lot easier in ORAS, especially, with the Exp share, but the originals were a lot, lot harder. I'm not a fan of Wallace taking over from Steven in Emerald, but then again, he became a god like boss like Red, so I couldn't really grumble with that.

Yep, I think they do it deliberately. These are all cute...but their defence is bad. Lol.

x/y just had so many weird things to it, like having people be your "friends" instead of an actual rival, or the rhyhorn riding (prototype for pokerides, i guess?) i didn't like the villains either...

and yeah, exp. share makes the games way easier, but in some ways it's a giant step up in terms of quality of life. you can turn it off too if you feel like you're leveling too fast/much, so it's not forced. but i usually overlevel my teams anyways even without exp. share, at least in the newer gens (IV and up, mostly) i still miss the vs. seeker though :(

i've always wanted to take on an all eeveelution challenge for a game, sounds fun. gotta have jolteon, espeon, and sylveon at least

Oh yeah...here's your friendly rivals...no they are my rivals...

Yeah it makes life a lot easier, what I tend to do is turn it on for one game, then with my other leave it off. So the best of both worlds.

Yes, there's a thought, completing the whole game with the Eevolutions

it was a toss-up between giratina and mr. mime and two friends voted giratina

so i asked my friends what the most adorable pokemon was, since that's the 30 day challenge theme...

couldn't do jigglypuff since i did a gajinka of her a few pages back, emolga i cannot draw on principle, clefairy i just did a while ago, same with goomy, so we setteld on three: plusle, minun, and floette

and on that reddit section with a drawing prompt, it was "free draw friday" and for some reason i had the cheshire cat on the brain, a lil spoopy picture

my cat skills need work, however

I thought you caught the Cheshire Cat really well. In so far as he's willing to be caught.

hahaha, that's an extremely good point. you'd expect the cheshire cat to just blink out of sight with someone trying to catch him

thanks :D

Cubone, Vulpix and Eevee are cute! Okay Plusle and Minun are too...

Now see here’s a weird fact..I’m totally freaked out by the Cheshire Cat in the Disney films. However, I absolutely love the Cheshire Cat in American McGee’s take on Alice. Figure that out lol.

But brill drawings as usual!

actually, i haven't drawn eevee, maybe i should make a plan to draw eevee and all the eeveelutions, i've already got three down

and that's pretty interesting actually, i think the cheshire cat scared me as a kid in the disney movies, but now i'm pretty fond of his whimsical nature and strange phrases.

i should really read the original book, i love surreal things, and alice has that in spades

also, thanks!
