Cuts lime into quarters.
Fills shaker with crushed ice.
Squeezes 3 lime quarters over the ice.
Pours generous shot of rum over.
Covers and shakes.
Decants into a highball glass.
Top up with Ginger Beer.
Garnish with last lime quarter.
