Some times I do, particularly "Crazy Nights" by Kiss, I used to thing it was a song about Stingrays lol.

when i have to learn the actual words to a song, i always find theres at least one word or phrase i got really wrong hahha

i also take songs and re-word them to serenade my pets

One song, it sounded like they were singing "Giraffes in the Air" - it was totally something else.

Apparently I wouldn't be the first guy to get the Jimi Hendrix song "All Along the Watch Tower" lyrics wrong, some people think the chorus goes "Excuse me while I kiss this guy", when it's actually "Excuse me while I kiss the Sky"

Before learning the name of the name of the song I used to think Van Halen sang "Cannonball"


Turned out to be Panama. I still catch myself head singing cannonball.

theres a couple words in that song that i often hear differently!

when i was like 5 they release that song "whoop there it is" and my brother was singing along with it

the problem? i thought he was saying "poop there it is" and was actively swearing

On topic, I can think of a rude version of "The Lord's Prayer", "Our Father, who farts in Heaven..."
