				Youtube is your friend. Generic "sleep" music might work for you. I sometimes go for shower noise, or the ultimate guarantee of me falling asleep since being 3 years old, the vacuum cleaner.

				I do have some white noise that helps, in all seriousness
normally rain sounds or just a rainy day
in not at all seriousness
bathing in melatonin does not work
perhaps if i inject it directly

				I don't know either. At times I suffer from it too. The only way I can force myself to sleep at night at times is if I physically exhaust myself. If I don't physically exhaust myself, I will be up at night. My body is very comfortable being up at night.

i found i cant sleep at night, at all
so now i have had an overnight job for a few years and so now i sleep sometimes during the day
sometimes > never
