Fortunately it's TKD tonight so I can beat the punch pads up.
Might even ask Dad if we can take the sparring gear (although most teachers would tell you "never spar when you're in a mood")

What I used to love was the contact sessions I used to do in rugby training. Just something about charging towards a tackling pad or tackling dummy or someone else to the ground felt so therapeutic
