Amidst the green and verdant leaves, Lilies stand like summer queens, Their petals pure and full of grace, Exuding warmth and soothing space.

Their fragrance fills the air around, A welcome gift to all who abound, Soft and sweet, a delicate charm, A joy to hold in open arms.

The lilies dance with gentle breeze, Swirling and twirling with such ease, Their colors bright, a sight to see, A stunning scene for us to be.

Oh, lilies fair, how you inspire, With your beauty that will never tire, You bring us hope and happiness, And fill our days with loveliness.

Oh I love Lillies, sometimes they're a bit silly, a friend of mine has a daughter called Lillie, she's a proper girly, you have to get up very early to fool her.

Lotus, Lupins, Lady's Slipper.
Of all the flowers starting with L,
Lily's are my favourite.
