I don't see why not. Fascism is about everyone working together for the benefit of the state. And with a strong, stable state (and state run economy) you ensure safety and prosperity for the people and their children. So things that try to place themselves above the people and state like religion or capitalism are not welcome. But anime should be fine.

And with a strong, stable state (and state run economy) you ensure safety and prosperity for the people and their children.
