I mean I can't say for sure but based on what he told me and what I've read about FF house and the pictures of it, the loud roommates he had were probably nowhere near as bad, but the filthy ones were probably worse. The one he told me about was pretty much supposedly a walking biohazard who never showered, wore clothes for months and then left them to rot in the bathroom, told Nada he dipped his hand in the toilet to splash water on his ass instead of wiping, left trash everywhere, etc. Basically every abhorrent unsanitary shut-in sort of behavior there is.
FF house basically just has some trash littered around in the pictures of it.
That being said Nada never mentioned that any of his roommates were abusive or shouting all the time so I'd say FF house definitely takes it for overall worse environment.
