Particularly aimed at my American friends, but we can all take a moment to remember those whose sacrifice let us enjoy the lives we lead today.
Traditionally, we will honor the day with a cookout among friends. In this segregated world, however, we can take the cookouts into our own backyards and send our regards to our forefathers.
