cholula has the most raw taste because it's not the spiciest of the three

tabasco is just pure spicy, little flavor

tapatio is a very fine mixture but still relies heavily on spicy with a little flavor

that said i ordered a 24 pack of pop rocks because that's the lowest i could get them in

not at all related but i just want EXPLOSIONS in MY MOUTH

Tabasco is more vinegar than spice in my opinion.

It's got a fair amount of vinegar but a decent bouquet of funk from the fermentation.

And it does burn a bit, though tapatio is spicier but eith less flavor.

i would love to vote that sriracha not be judged on the same merits as these three because it's almost entirely different

that said, i don't love sriracha, it's basically bottled spiciness

sriracha is sweet and spicy. It's like ketchup made from Chili's instead of tomatoes.

But yeah it's a different condiment. Tabasco is a little off the mark from the other two as well.

Sriracha made in the States doesn't taste anything like the real stuff. It's a bastardize version of it. Of course it isn't great, just okay.
