"Every position must be held to the last man: there must be no retirement. With our backs to the wall and believing in the justice of our cause, each one of us must fight on to the end."
Earl Douglas Haig, Order to the British Army, 12 April 1918
So death, the most terrifying of ills, is nothing to us, since so long as we exist, death is not with us; but when death comes, then we do not exist. It does not then concern either the living or the dead, since the former it is not, and the latter are no more.

It was printed once, but it's technically on an e-reader. So yes, printed.

Re: apparently the subscribe feature on comixology means
The e-reader was made with a 3D printer it checks out.

But seriously, I've always been averse to manga in its physical form, and only just recently have I started buying volumes in print. If it's a series I want to always be able to read, I'll buy it physical.

Ugh.
I hate e-readers.
Nothing better than getting an old old book from a bookshop, opening the pages, sticking your nose into the crevice of the sheets and breathing in that spore-laden musky odour.
Get the right type of fungus in there and you can suffer from mild trips.
