I think I'm OK for tonight, so I'll pull up a stool later.
To those just starting on the journey of life I say...
Bang your own drum. Walk your own path. Live wildly. Love fiercely.
As you near the end, look back with no regrets.

ooooo, hmmm... im not sure if you have a preference of alcohol base but I once went to a really nice place in York called the Cosy Club and they have a cocktail called the cherry bakewell which was really nice. Think it was something like cherry liquor, amaretto and I think coke was used for the mixer.
If you are after something stronger, also from a York bar, theres something called the Shed 7 which is 7 shots of different rums, some kind of juice i think its orange juice, lemonade top and finished with a shot of absinthe. I could honestly go on depends what you are into XD

If you've got it, mine's a pint of local Real Ale (Abbeydale Moonshine's lovely, tends to be expensive though)
I don't beee-lieve it!

Ingredients
ice
100ml amaretto
50ml cherry cordial
1 tbsp lemon juice
300ml good-quality lemonade, (still or sparkling)
maraschino cherries, to serve (optional)
Method
STEP 1
Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes. Combine the amaretto, cordial and lemon juice in a small jug, then divide between the glasses. Top with lemonade, then stir well. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, if you like.

What are you looking for in a cocktail?
Sweet?
Tart?
Old school, whisky based?
Ever since I set a bar up at my OH's house I'm quiet into Mojito's
Toasted Almond is fantastic
45ml Amaretto
45ml Kahlua (Tia Maria)
30ml Milk
All together in a shaker with ice
strain into a rocks glass over ice
garnish with a twist of orange peel

Edit: I'm partial to Glen Goyne 21, I currently have a 10 yr old bottle in the cupboard, my bank won't let me get the 21!
