like sourdough? Just make a taco starter, feed it peppers and meat, and harvest new tacos every day?

That'd be p sweet, however unsanitary.

Tacos are meant to be unsanitary that's why they're only to be eaten in the bathroom.

Jen plays too much of The Sims.

So been a bit slow on the taco front until today.

Today I had:
3 beef brats on tortillas,
3 crunchy beef & bean tacos
4 soft beef and bean tortillas.

3 fried chicken tacos for lunch.

Leftover fried chicken from Sunday night, air fried to refresh it, then cut into about 1/2" cubes and tossed with Cholula. Eaten on corn tortillas with Mexican cheese, sour cream, and pickled jalapeños.

And for dinner: 3 chili dog tacos.

Grilled beef brats on charred corn tortillas with some of the leftover chili Jen made the other day (also reheated on the grill). Topped with onions, sour cream, and cheese.

Yum.

ohhhh now I want tacos. I can't wait for next tuesday cause this one pub does taco tuesdays

I support more tacos.
