(As a sidenote, Gundam action figures are pretty rad. More detailed and articulated and decked out with accessories than most.)

The model kits are where they make most of their money last I heard though.

Which makes sense, that stuff goes international.

The action figures are sold internationally too but yeah you're most likely correct that the model kits earn way more.

The selection of models kits is seriously insane. The quality is also really good just like with the action figures, especially the higher grade stuff, which surpasses even the figures in detail and accuracy.

I just personally have never been much of a model kit guy, even Gunpla.

I liked the Wing ones growing up when the show was on but I've tried to get into Gunpla since then and it's been a bust because I have no skills.

And I just have no patience. I like the instant gratification of not having to assemble Mercurius, Vayeate, Epyon, Tallgeese 1-3, Heavyarms and Heavyarms Custom myself.

That's fair. Toys also last longer for action poses since they're stronger plastic. Gunpla's meant to be set to a pose and not moved much.

I guess the Aries and Maganacs were ok too.
