I mean it's an elaborate pun, only a small amount of stretching required to make it work but you lost me when you put your carjacking victim in the back seat, just get rid of him. If he's in the car with you he can tell the cops where you are.

if you were gonna make an elaborate pun like that I imagine it would be more like

"Excuse me sir, can you please vacate your vehicle as I am commandeering it illegally. If you resist I will be required to Gibson 58 Les Paul Standard Vintage Cherry Electric Guitar you."
